When Stephen Rackleff went to the school board meeting to fulfill a requirement for his communications merit badge, he probably never imagined that he would be featured in a Klein ISD brochure that was sent out to the entire community. It was really exciting for me to see our troop number displayed. Stephen has always been an excellent Scout and example of the type of character all members of our troop should portray. Way to go Stephen!
